A plot of land covering an area of 1.04¹/₂ acres with a four storeyed building on it was gifted to this Institution on 7th May, 2010 by Baramohanpur Bhagabati Devi Nari Kalyan Samity to spread the wings of education in rural area by making the would be teachers well trained. The total area comprises of 0.38¹/₂ acres in Baramohanpur Mouza and 0.66 acres in Ambidangar Mouza.
